4. Credits and Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system. By purchasing credits, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your credit purchase
• Credits are deducted based on video duration at the rate displayed at the time of processing
• Credits do not expire
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Since SoundScrub is a digital service that is immediately made available upon purchase, the 14-day consumer cancellation right does not apply once you begin using the service. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spam or send unsolicited messages

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
