  • Technical data: App version, operating system, and error logs for debugging purposes.

  • To provide and maintain the audio separation service
  • To process payments and manage your credit balance
  • To communicate with you about your account or service updates
  • To improve the App and develop new features
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Audio Processing

Your video files never leave your computer. The App extracts the audio track locally and sends only the audio to our servers for processing. We do not store your audio after processing is complete and the result has been delivered.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Payment processors: To handle transactions securely.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers: To process your audio.
  • Law enforcement: When required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained until you delete your account.
  • Audio is deleted immediately after processing — we never store it.
  • Payment records are retained as required by law.
  • Usage logs are retained for up to 12 months.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format

8. Cookies and Local Storage

The desktop App uses local storage to maintain your session and preferences. The website may use essential cookies for functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on the App.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
