Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all credit purchases made for SoundScrub.

Right to Cancel

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction.

Exception to the Right to Cancel

Your right as a consumer to cancel your order does not apply to the supply of digital content that you have started to use and to services which you have had the benefit of.

Since SoundScrub credits are a digital service that is immediately made available upon purchase, by using any credits for audio processing, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal for those consumed credits.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Stripe (our payment processor) and SoundScrub on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. We will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

This does not affect your rights in relation to services which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the email address used to purchase the credits, along with your reason for the refund request.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or there has been a billing error:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge
  • Provide your account details and a description of the error
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  • If an error is confirmed, we will issue a refund for the incorrect charge
