Can SoundScrub make a faint or distant voice clear?

The honest answer: SoundScrub separates sounds, it doesn't rebuild them. It can strip the noise off a faint voice so there's less burying it, but it can't add clarity the mic never caught. A muffled or distant voice comes out the same, just with less around it.
